George Performs at Elton John's Annual Event

from Gather

George Michael treated stars, including Elizabeth Hurley and Matthew Morrison, to a dazzling performance at Sir Elton John's annual fundraising party, the White Tie and Tiara Ball, according to KOIN. The celebrities were gathered to enjoy the festivities and support the causes—a worthwhile pastime.

Michael, who rose to fame in the 1980s when he formed the pop duo Wham!, is donating profits from his upcoming tour to the Elton John AIDS Foundation. Online followers of the Faith hit maker were told he was "singing tonight with Elton at his White tie and Tiara fundraiser, auctioning tickets to the show at Covent Garden Opera House!"

The bash to benefit the charity took place at Sir Elton's estate in Windsor, England. It was also attended by Elizabeth Hurley's cricket player boyfriend, Shane Warne, Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh, and comedian David Williams. It's always good to see that the rich and famous think of helping the little people.

Also part of the festivities was an auction with prizes that included tickets to George Michael's London fundraising performance scheduled in November.
